Old Museum of St Albans

We were engaged by St Albans City and District Council for Home Staging for this unique property.

This landmark development of 10 houses is located on Hatfield Road, on the site of the old Museum of St Albans. With the recent transformation of the Town Hall to a new world-class Museum and Gallery, the original museum site now embarks on a new chapter of its own.

Designed with today’s living and entertainment needs in mind, these homes incorporate large open plan kitchen/dining/family areas. Most of the houses also feature stunning vaulted ceilings and fully glazed gable ends with outdoor terraces .

The development is helping to fund the new Museum project. Each purchaser at Oak Tree Gardens will have the opportunity to add their name to the new Museum and Gallery Honours Boards, marking their contribution to this exciting project.

Built by developer Morgan Sindall for the St Albans City & District Council, the properties were marketed by Space Estates St Albans.
