We recently project managed the Pre-sale Property Makeover and Home Staging of this lovely cottage in St Albans.
This unique property has 3 double bedrooms and is located on a pretty but narrow street lined with Victorian terraces. The property is full of character and retains some original features such as the ornate fireplaces and original shop windows to the front.
It had been tenanted for a number of years. The owners have moved to the south of London which makes it difficult for them to manage the makeover themselves.
We carried out a full repainting, repairs to the windows and door frames, general maintenance, roof repairs and damp proof the walls. Once the property has been re-decorated, we staged and styled it for sale.
