As part of our Bespoke Home Services, we designed and project managed the interior and exterior renovation work of this grand Edwardian house on one of the most prestigious streets in Harpenden. The property is locally listed and planning permissions were obtained for the exterior refurbishment work.
We had previously helped the owners to prepare their home in St Albans for sale. When they bought their new home in Harpenden, they engaged us to help them with the interior design and to project manage the renovation work.
The renovation work covered complete re-decorating, re-wiring, plumbing, roof replacement, installation of new windows and flooring.
We also created an ensuite/dressing room for the master bedroom, re-designed the cloakroom, bathrooms and designed all the cabinets and wardrobes for the house.
