We were contacted for Home Staging for this compact studio by a local developer in St Albans.
It was quite a challenging space to work with as the open plan room was small and had an awkward angle. It was very difficult for prospective buyers to imagine how furniture could be placed and the property struggled to sell for a long time.
We provided a layout floorplan showing the optimal way to place the furniture and staged the property simply but effectively.
The property sold shortly after staging through Cassidy and Tate.
